Thank you for visiting my Bankruptcy blog.

I have decided to create a web log that will be useful and informative for my clients. This will be the place to look first for news and up-to-date information regarding Bankruptcy matters.

Over the next couple of weeks, I'll begin posting information about common legal concerns related to potential bankruptcy issues such as credit card debt, delinquent mortgage payments, hospital bills, past due child support or student loans.

Debt collectors may be harassing you, and you may be threatened with having possessions taken away, your house foreclosed on, or your wages garnished.

If you have any questions you would like me to address in this blog, please don't hesitate to contact me.
