Filing Cases Against Creditors in Bankruptcy Court

Occasionally, there are issues that arise within a bankruptcy proceeding which lead to the filing of a suit, called an Adversarial Proceeding, by the debtor against the creditor.  These suits can be filed for a variety of reasons, but mainly for creditor misconduct.  This topic will list some interesting issues and cases which have led to the filing of Adversarial Proceedings.
